One of the first women pilots of the Indian Air Force, Supriya made history as the first woman pilot to fly as captain to one of the world’s highest airfields in the Himalayas. After a decade of military service, she brought the discipline, precision, and leadership forged in the cockpit into the world of US high-tech organizations — leading Agile leadership development and organizational transformations at scale.

With over 30 years of professional experience — nearly 20 in training, development, coaching, and Agile transformation — Supriya has built a reputation as the strategist that high-performing leaders turn to when good is no longer enough. She is an ICF-accredited executive coach, trained in Systems Coaching, and a Maxwell Leadership Certified trainer and coach. She holds an MA in Instructional Technology and has trained, coached, and mentored leaders and software development teams in some of the most-admired companies like Cisco, eBay, Visa, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) across industries in the Silicon Valley in the US and their global locations.
